Friday, 2 pm, Setting the Wards (Charles Butler)
- Why do we set wards around the hotel, what are we creating, what are our boundaries.
Friday, 3 pm, Tarot for the Not So Dummie (Kit Mason)
- Bring your decks and explore more advanced spreads, changes of points of view.
Friday, 4 pm, Energy Work (Charles Butler)
- Auras, shields, grounding,
centering. These are New Agey buzz words for some, fictional words for
others, conscious tools for many of us. Come and discuss and experience
some basic field work in laran-like gifts.
Friday, 5 pm, Order of St. Michael
Friday, 6 pm, Shabbat Minyan
- discuss the Sabbath as a sanctuary from
the week of the 6 Kings. Led by the minyan present. All are welcome.
Friday, 7 pm, Beginning Kaballah. (Charles Butler and others).
- A very basic mapping of the
points of the Kaballah, their relation to the Tarot, and to points of meditation. A meditation on the
Trees of the Bible and their relationship to the Tree of life is included.
Friday, 8 pm, Divine Madness. (Charles Butler, Jeanne Wardwell, Jane
Sibley)
- A theatre experiment between Morgan le Fay, Pellinore, and Simon the
Court Fool. Who is mad, who is crazy, who is simply focused somewhere else?
Friday, 9 pm, Sanctuary.
- How do we create safety for each other.
How do we define boundaries. Do good fences make good neighbors?
Friday, 10 pm, Sooth-In. (Charles Butler, Jane Sibley, and others). - Bring your Tarot cards, runes, palmistry, astrology. Compare and contrast techniques. What is the purpose of Divination from several philosophies, including Jewish, Christian, Wiccan, and West African beliefs.
Friday, 11 pm, Building a Sanctuary. (all present).
- A ritual experiment in creating an energy
nexus from materials brought
by the class. Using rocks, candles, the tables in the room, flowers, or
what have you, creating a spiritual map for journeying, similar to Feng
Shui but adapted for a moveable and malleable space.
Saturday, 10 am, Pluto and Astrology (Jeanne Wardwell)
- The hidden aspects of our lives and how they impact an astrological
chart. Why are star's and other famous people's lives so ridden with
volatile changes?
Saturday, 11 am, Seasons of Our Lives, astrology basics, signs,
seasons, days, and years. (Charles Butler, Jeanne Wardwell).
The cycles
of the sun, the moon, the seasons, the year, and the Great Year.
Saturday, 12 noon. Stone Soup. (Charles Butler)
- Feeding the Five
Thousand. (all present). Bring a brown bag lunch to share during a
discussion of practical hospitality as a spiritual walk.
Saturday, 1 pm, Darkover Guest of Honor Speech, no activity.
Saturday, 2 pm, Quilt Prep.
- Preparing for the Falling Stars service
(AIDS and other untimely deaths) Saturday evening. Cutting out stars,
writing down names, organizing the service and rehearsing music. Bring
names you wish to remember and any chants you wish to sing.
Saturday, 3 pm, Order of St. Michael
Saturday, 4 pm, Thanksgiving.
- A ritual opportunity to remember the good
things of the year with other people. This is parallel for many to the
Shiltrpon (for Sime-Gen fans) later in the evening.
Saturday, 5 pm, Sime-Gen news (SG Fandom).
- An hour
for Sime-Gen fandom to talk about themselves to interested parties.
Saturday, 6 pm, Falling Stars (AIDS) service.
- Order of St. Michael,
Ecumenicon Fellowship, and other religious invite all who wish to come.
All faiths welcome.
Saturday, 7 pm, Shiltpron (continues to 9 pm)
Saturday, 9 pm. Room is open as "safe space" for those who aren't listening to Clam Chowder (there might be some--smile).

place "cleaner" than you found it.
